Know Before You Go
​The maximum capacity for any event at The Other Barn is 175 total people.
In our popular months (May, June, September, October), we book as early as 2 years in advance.
Required fees will include a security deposit and rent. Day of Event Insurance must also be purchased.
We will not accept any payments until the contract has been finalized, signed, and returned.
We require at least 8 weeks notice for event rentals. Memorials can be discussed directly with our Facility & Rental Coordinator.
You must tour the facility before beginning the contract process for an event rental.
The Other Barn provides the space, the tables, and the chairs. Everything else must be supplied, set up, and taken down by the renters and vendors they've chosen.
Although it is lovely, our Courtyard cannot be rented by itself; it must be rented in conjunction with the Loft.
